A mental health crisis turned his world upside down. In a moment that took more courage than most people will ever see, Garrett chose healing over hiding and stepped away from his license. What followed was humbling—over 1,000 job applications, two interviews, and the harsh reality of what it means to be written off by a system you once belonged to.
But out of that darkness came a different kind of clarity. Garrett realized that losing a title didn’t mean losing his worth or his ability to help others. That’s how Suits & Scars began.
